Ingredients

Berry Mango Salsa

  • 2 mangos diced
  • 2 cups strawberries diced
  • 1 pint blueberries halved
  • 1 pint blackberries halved
  • 1 pint raspberries halved
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 small bunch mint leaves (optional) chopped

Cinnamon Chips

  • 8 8 in flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

Make Salsa

  • Prepare fruit-peel and dice mango, dice strawberries. Slice blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in half. Place in a large bowl so you have room to toss gently.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and honey.
  • Toss gently and sprinkle fresh mint (if using)
  • Place in serving bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving

Cinnamon Chips

  • Preheat oven to 350°F- line sheet trey with parchment paper
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Stack 4 tortillas at a time, using sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into evenly sized triangles-place on baking sheet in single layer
  • Melt butter and brush triangles with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar-flip over triangles and repeat on the other side
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool
